Toni Lavery is the CEO and Co-Founder of Fox Force, a non-profit dedicated to developing disciplined, self-reliant women through training, mentorship, and real-world capability. She also supports anti-human trafficking efforts and provides security consulting and training to organizations, teams, and individuals.
Lavery served the majority of her 25 years of service in U.S. Army Special Operations, with extensive experience supporting and leading operations across the Middle East, including combat deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan.
Throughout her career, she led teams and advised senior leaders in operational settings requiring cross-cultural engagement, strategic communication, and high-stakes decision-making. Her expertise includes influence operations, human terrain analysis, physical and technical security, and executive-level communication.
