Tito Torres is a national security strategist and counterterrorism expert with more than 20 years in U.S. Army Special Operations, intelligence, and global diplomacy.

A former Army Ranger and Defense Intelligence Agency case officer, he completed numerous combat deployments serving within the Ranger Regiment, a Special Mission Unit, UKSF, and intelligence organizations, operating across the full spectrum of modern warfare, from kinetic missions to frontline diplomatic negotiations.

Tito serves as President of Arrowhead Research, a veteran-founded 501(c)(3) that connects STEM-minded talent from the SOF and intelligence communities with a larger network of mentorship, resources, and opportunity, building the technical bench America needs to fight and win in a tech-centric battlespace. He is also Managing Partner of SOF(t) LLC, which brings the best frameworks and methodologies of special operations to the private sector, and COO and Co-Founder of Tenaxiom Technology Inc.

He is currently completing a self-funded fifteen-country field expedition tracing the entire global technology supply chain in person, from lithium operations in Chile’s Atacama Desert to semiconductor fabs in Taiwan to wartime drone workshops in Ukraine, for his forthcoming book, From the Mines to the Cloud: America’s Fight for the Future of Technology, a clear-eyed account of the supply chain our competitors treat as a battlespace, and the path to rebuilding America’s position in it.

A Presidential Leadership Scholar, Tillman Scholar, 2025 USGLC Next Gen Global Leader, and member of the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project (CTP), Tito holds an M.S. in International Business and Policy from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Homeland Security from American Military University.
