Jess is President and CEO of Marketing Solutions, Inc (MSI). In 1993, Jess founded MSI, and with his team, grew MSI into a successful retail design, engineering, and manufacturing company with global reach. By creating and delivering dynamic and engaging store environments to leading consumer and retail brands worldwide, MSI has become a leader in the international retail design space. MS is a member of the Global In-Store Communication Association, with partner offices and factories located across twenty countries throughout Asia, Europe, and South America. Among his many career accomplishments, Jess is a founding partner in the BRGHTLY smart locker advertising platform, which has revolutionized the retail Buy Online Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) experience. Jess earned a BS in Business Administration majoring in Marketing from Miami University, Oxford, OH. In addition to his business work, Jess is a strong advocate for veterans and volunteers with the Wounded Heroes Foundation at the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab annual multi-day adaptive sports camp for injured military personnel in Chicago.
