Jaclyn “Jax” Scott is a former U.S. Special Operations veteran, cybersecurity executive, and technology entrepreneur. She served in direct support of Special Forces combat operations as a Cultural Support Team leader, bringing operational discipline, strategic thinking, and mission-driven leadership to every endeavor she leads.

Jax is the namesake of the Jax Act, federal legislation designed to formally recognize and support CSTs who served alongside Special Operations Forces in combat environments. She serves as a founding Board Member of the Special Operations Association of America (SOAA) and contributes to the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project, where she focuses on emerging threats, technology, and modern warfare.
In the private sector, Jax has held senior executive roles in cybersecurity and currently serves as the Founder and CEO of Ragnar Stack, an AI-driven technology company disrupting the healthcare space. Ragnar Stack integrates cybersecurity, AI agents, automation, and intelligent infrastructure to modernize small and mid-sized medical practices, improving operational efficiency, patient experience, and data security.
