Currently pursuing an MPA at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Daniel is the Founder and President of the Special Operations Association of America (SOAA), a Green Beret, and a member of the Atlantic Council’s Counterterrorism Project.
Daniel is a recognized national security leader and policy strategist with over 15 years of experience spanning high-risk operations, legislative advocacy, and strategic policy development. As CEO of SOAA, he has driven impactful policy reforms, spearheaded major legislative initiatives on Capitol Hill, and led humanitarian operations in crisis zones such as Afghanistan and Ukraine. These efforts have included evacuating over 5,000 individuals and delivering more than 100 tons of humanitarian aid. With a distinguished service record in the National Guard, Daniel has held pivotal liaison and intelligence roles at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv and NATO, further establishing his credibility within the defense community.
Daniel regularly engages Congress and works closely with the White House, Congress, the Department of Defense, and intelligence agencies on critical national security issues, including military modernization, counterterrorism, and cybersecurity. As a Nonresident Fellow at the Quincy Institute, he explores the intersection of emerging technologies and national defense, leveraging his unique blend of operational experience and strategic expertise.
