Ian Boeye is a transformational strategist whose career has been forged in the crucible of high-stakes operations, from deep-sea rescue diving to clandestine intelligence contracting. His professional life was defined by missions requiring absolute operational precision and adaptive business leadership in some of the world’s most demanding environments. This foundation in high-risk recovery and stabilization operations, engaging with military and governmental bodies across four continents, provided him with a profound understanding of the tolls (both physical and psychological) exacted on those who serve.
Today, Ian channels this unique background into a new, critical mission: to spearhead the optimization of our nation’s veterans, military members, and first responders, and to revolutionize the navigation of the complex PTSD landscape. He recognized that the very traits that create elite operators (hyper-vigilance, resilience, and a deep sense of duty) require specialized, scientifically-grounded support systems to ensure long-term well-being and performance.
His approach is grounded in a rare combination of operational experience and scientific rigor. Ian holds a B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis, supplemented by graduate work in Medical Microbiology at UC Berkeley and Epidemiology at USC. His early contributions to private-sector innovation include published research and, subsequently, working on strategic platform development teams for next-generation DNA sequencing at Monsanto, which formed the scientific bedrock of his current work. As a founding strategist of the AI-driven medical ecosystem The Grid & Ragnar AI, he now builds the innovative tools he once lacked. By integrating artificial intelligence with deep biological insights, Ian is creating secure, scalable systems designed to empower our heroes, enhance their resilience, and provide clear, actionable pathways for navigating the challenges of post-traumatic stress. He is dedicated to ensuring that the men and women who operate in our nation’s most critical roles have the support they need to thrive, both during and after their service.
